E-Commerce Integration
Store, marketplace and accounting in one flow
We connect Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplace orders to your accounting and e-invoicing systems, so stock, invoices and shipping run without manual work.
Past a certain point in e-commerce, the problem is not sales but systems that do not talk to each other. Orders live in the store, stock in the warehouse, invoices in accounting, products on the marketplace — and people bridge the gaps by hand. As volume grows, that manual work becomes both a cost and a source of errors.
Our e-commerce integration service brings your store, marketplaces, accounting system and e-invoicing infrastructure into a single flow, so an order becomes an invoice, a stock movement and a shipment without anyone retyping it.
What we connect
- E-commerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce/WordPress, Ticimax, İdeasoft and custom-built stores.
- Marketplaces: Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon and similar channels.
- Accounting and ERP: Paraşüt, Logo, Mikro, Nebim and your own ERP.
- e-Invoice / e-Arşiv: automatic documents through a licensed provider or your accounting system.
- Shipping and payments: carriers, virtual POS and payment providers.
What a typical setup fixes
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| Orders typed into accounting at the end of the day | Customer, invoice and payment records created at order time |
| Stock kept separately per channel, overselling happens | One source of stock feeds every channel |
| Marketplace commission calculated by hand monthly | Commission and shipping booked as separate items |
| Invoices issued one by one, tax numbers mistyped | Taxpayer status checked and documents issued automatically |
| Failed orders go unnoticed | Failed records land in a queue and can be retried |
How we work
- 1. Discovery: we map your systems, order volume and accounting rules, and write down the decisions — customer records, VAT, refunds, invoicing moment.
- 2. Data hygiene: SKU, barcode and variant structures are reviewed. Most integrations run long because of messy product data, not technical difficulty.
- 3. Build: connections are implemented with identity mapping to prevent duplicates, an error queue and retry logic from day one.
- 4. Testing: validated in a test environment with copies of real orders; refund and partial-refund scenarios are exercised separately.
- 5. Launch and monitoring: we watch the first period together and keep refining until reconciliation matches.
Ready-made or custom?
We do not recommend a custom build to everyone. With a single store, a single marketplace and standard products, a ready connector is the fastest and cheapest route — and we will say so. Custom development pays off when several channels merge into one flow, with multiple warehouses, channel-based pricing, custom VAT and discount rules, an on-premise ERP, or error tracking at volume.
How results are measured
We judge a setup by three things: month-end reconciliation matching without manual fixes, the number of failed orders approaching zero, and a measurable drop in the daily time spent on accounting. If those three do not hold, the integration may look alive without making your work easier.
